Constructor Detail

TCharFloatHashMap.TKeyView

protected TCharFloatHashMap.TKeyView()
Method Detail

iterator

public TCharIterator iterator()

an TCharIterator value

getNoEntryValue

Returns:
the value that represents null

size

public int size()

Specified by:
size in interface TCharSet
Specified by:
size in interface TCharCollection

the number of elements in this set (its cardinality)

isEmpty

public boolean isEmpty()
Returns true if this set contains no elements.

Specified by:

Parameters:
entry - an char value
Returns:
true if the set contains the specified element.

toArray

public char[] toArray()
Returns an array containing all of the elements in this set. If this set makes any guarantees as to what order its elements are returned by its iterator, this method must return the elements in the same order.

The returned array will be "safe" in that no references to it are maintained by this set. (In other words, this method must allocate a new array even if this set is backed by an array). The caller is thus free to modify the returned array.

This method acts as bridge between array-based and collection-based APIs.

Specified by:
toArray in interface TCharSet
Specified by:
toArray in interface TCharCollection
Returns:
an array containing all the elements in this set

toArray

public char[] toArray(char[] dest)
Returns an array containing elements in this set.

If this set fits in the specified array with room to spare (i.e., the array has more elements than this set), the element in the array immediately following the end of the set is set to TCharSet.getNoEntryValue(). (This is useful in determining the length of this set only if the caller knows that this set does not contain any elements representing null.)

If the native array is smaller than the set size, the array will be filled with elements in Iterator order until it is full and exclude the remainder.

If this set makes any guarantees as to what order its elements are returned by its iterator, this method must return the elements in the same order.

Specified by:
toArray in interface TCharSet

toArray in interface TCharCollection
Parameters:
dest - the array into which the elements of this set are to be stored.

an char[] containing all the elements in this set
